WHAT’S GODDESS FOOD FACTORY’S REFUND POLICY?
Upon receipt, all items must be inspected within 3 calendar days. If there’s an issue, notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have your order number readily available. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our edible products, we DO NOT offer refunds on any treats, subscription boxes, or edible products for any reason. For apparel and non-edible items, we will offer an exchange ONLY for items that are still tagged with the original tag attached AND in the original packaging. NO refunds will be given for ANY reason. The customer (you) is solely responsible for shipping the original item back to us AND pay for the replacement item to be shipped to you. EXCEPTION: In the event the customer (you) receives the wrong order on (our) Goddess Food Factory’s behalf, we will ship the correct replacement item free of charge.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF GODDESS FOOD FACTORY SUBSCRIPTION BOXES?
Our baking kits have a shelf life of 4 weeks for the best quality.

Each month, we’ll send a surprise recipe, a reading & math connection sheet, a custom Goddess Food Factory item, a mystery culinary tool, and more. Plus, you’ll receive a tips and tricks on how to use the kit.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
Processing time does not include the shipping time.
For baked goods, please allow 3 business day for processing.
For apparel, please allow 2 weeks processing time due to high demand.
For subscription boxes, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
I NEED EXPRESS SHIPPING, DO YOU OFFER THAT?
Yes, please notify us or call (904) 414-9887. Place your order by noon EST time and your package will be delivered on the 2nd business day by 5:00 PM to most businesses and to most residences by 8:00 PM for an extra $19.95 per item IN ADDITION to standard shipping. If the items are small, then it’s per order.

CAN ALL TREATS BE SHIPPED?
Our cupcakes, cookies, pound cakes, snicker brownies, and mini pies are available for shipping. The cupcakes and cupcakes, will arrive individually wrapped without icing. The icing will be in icing bags or cups separately. We do NOT ship chocolate covered treats.
WHO DOES GODDESS FOOD FACTORY USE FOR SHIPPING?
We utilize United States Postal Service USPS for shipping services. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages due to mishandling of USPS. Before any ready-to-eat treats are shipped, they are carefully inspected and packed for transport protection. You will receive priority shipping tracking information to your email for all treats.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF GODDESS FOOD FACTORY BAKED TREATS?
We recommend that ready-to-eat treats are consumed immediately. Leftover items will last for 1-2 days and must be refrigerated immediately for best quality.

DOES GODDESS FOOD FACTORY TREATS CONTAIN DAIRY, GLUTEN?
Our treats are homemade with the freshest quality ingredients. All orders are made to order. Although, some of our treats contain dairy and gluten, we also make many items that are dairy-free and gluten-free by special request ONLY. Additionally, we can make several traditional and gourmet desserts to meet your dietary and allergen needs. Please contact us PRIOR to ordering to discuss your needs. Treats may contain peanuts, milk, eggs, soybean, and other tree nut products.
WHAT ARE CAKE POPS?
A cake pop is cake that is fully baked. It is then crumbled and mixed with icing. This gives it a truffle/dough-like consistency. Then, they are sculpted, or hand rolled and dipped in vanilla or chocolate melted candy.
WHAT CHANGES AM I ALLOWED TO MAKE AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
For local order, all changes (ie: colors, additions) must be made FOUR WEEKS before the order is picked up. Delivery is available starting at $35.00. You can pick your order up for free. Goddess Food Factory does not permit reductions of any kind. The sooner you inform us about any changes that you need to make, the better. Earlier pick up times are typically not available, unless you have provided a notice ONE WEEK in advance. We bake your items fresh and due to high demand, we ask that you pick up your orders at the time that you provide.
HOW DO I NOTIFY YOU ABOUT THE COLORS AND DESIGN THAT I WANT?
The prices shown in our shop are the starting cost for BASIC designs. You choose your color and design choice of (plain, sanding sugar, stripes, sprinkles). You can send an additional note if desired.
For custom orders, they are priced higher, due to more work, time, and level of difficulty. Contact us for questions PRIOR to placing your order. Please provide exact details of what you are envisioning. Pictures, Pinterest boards, and color names are always welcome! We want to make your dessert fantasy come true and that means we need your help. The more information you provide about you and your party the better. Please note that colors and designs of actual items may vary slightly from images provided or sent by you, due to the difference in digital and edible components.
DO YOU TAKE LAST MINUTE TREAT ORDERS?
Goddess Food Factory requires a minimum of TWO full weeks’ notice for an order. This means that the invoice must be paid immediately upon receipt. Keep in mind that our schedule books up months in advance. Therefore, we rarely have slots available within a two weeks’ timeframe. Again, if you are trying to place an order with less TWO weeks’ notice (and the time slot is available), we will honor it. All other orders, will be immediately refunded ONLY if we do not have slots available to make them. Candy apples takes a minimum of four days to prep and make. Any orders that are placed outside of the minimum time frame needed to produce will be cancelled.
IF I’M LOCAL, HOW DO I PAY FOR MY TREAT ORDER?
All payments are due in full when placing your order. In the event you cancel or change the date: YOUR PAYMENT IS NONREFUNDABLE. Goddess Food Factory understands that circumstances arise, and we will try to work with you on an individual basis, but please remember we are a business. When you place your order, we purchase the supplies needed to fulfill the order as well as turn down clients who wanted to place an order for your date, but couldn’t because we already had your order placed on our calendar. If you cancel, we have lost potential customers that have been turned away due to your order being on the calendar.
IF I’M LOCAL, CAN I CHANGE THE DATE FOR MY ORDER IF SOMETHING COMES UP?
Please keep in mind that orders cannot always be moved to a different date if that date is booked. We will try our best to accommodate you, but it may not be possible to fit you into a different preferred slot. We will try everything in our power to meet your new date IF we have not purchased or began on your order. Therefore, we require a TWO WEEKS notice. If there are any questions or concerns, please let us know. I’m sure we can figure out how to work something out that works for you and us. NOTE: We do not provide refunds in any situation including, but not limited to natural disaster, death, national shut downs, and viruses, as long as we haven’t purchased the items or started on your order. In the event of any of those extreme circumstances, you will receive 100% credit towards your new date. (with proof of the incident.) NOTE: If it’s within a week, chances are very likely that we have purchased everything to make your order.
DO YOU DELIVER THE TREATS OR DO I COME PICK THEM UP?
Pick up is free. Local deliveries are available for a fee starting at $35 & up (depending on mileage). A delivery fee will be billed separately. If picking up, please keep in mind that products are weather sensitive and made with ingredients that can easily melt. Handle your treats with care. Keep in a cool area out of direct sunlight. For pick up, please come in a vehicle that has AC; if it does not please bring a cooler (with ice or ice packs). It is not recommended that chocolate covered treats be displayed outdoors during the late spring through early fall months. Avoid direct sunlight at all cost. Heat and sunlight is WILL melt your treats, even for a minute. Each chocolate treat is very detailed and we would hate to hear that were treats ruined before you and your guests were able to enjoy them. Customer assumes responsibility upon pick up and/or after delivered.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER OR CAN I PURCHASE ONE CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY?
With the exception of cakes, orders are by the dozen. The “& Up” pricing depends on design difficulty and multiple step treats. If you would like an estimate, send an email titled, TREAT QUOTE to email@example.com with a description of exactly what you want (color, design, and any specifics), and you will receive a price quote within 48-72 hours. If you have photos, send them in an attachment along with your request.
